Communications Committee Report

Mission: to organize,
manage and expand communications throughout the community.
Communications is community – to bring people together to
exchange thoughts, ideas, and information.
Vehicles of communications, currently in the Woodlands:
· The
Woodlander News Letter
· Office
Correspondence
· Signs
and flyer at: Garbage and Aspen
· Website thewoodlander.com
1 – Sending the newsletter is too expensive; therefore this
next issue will be the last printed version, all future newsletters will be
distributed via email and website.
2 – Establishment of a Emailing list – I added this to the
website for people to join. Needed
software to manage and send – ConstantContact.com – Cost $25 per month for
non-profits. See materials.
3 – We ask for final contributions to the newsletter, which
will be given to George this week. Thank
George for his years of work, and contributions.
4 – Purchase 2 vinyl banners – cost $30 each to better advertise
the website address.
