Planning Committee Report.
1)CLUBHOUSE: We have sent specifications for a Clubhouse inspection to three engineering/building inspection firms and we are currently awaiting quotes. Proposals have been requested by August 31st.
2)ASPEN GATEHOUSE: Quotes have been requested from three companies to price the cost of replacing the Aspen Gatehouse with a brand new pre-fab building. The requirements requested for the new building would address the deficiency issues regarding heating/ac and visibility.
3)SIGNAGE: We are currently seeking quotes for a new sign to replace the original sign which was located at the ?wishing well? and possibly adding a new sign at the Aspen Gate area.
4)GAZEBO: The gazebo was inspected by an engineer contacted by the PWLPOA President.An inspection by the township will be necessary before any plans or decisions can be made about the future of the gazebo. In the interim the gazebo has been fenced off and will remain off limits.
5)TENNIS COURTS/BASKETBALL COURTS:It was relayed to the committee chair that an agreement was reached with a local contractor to seal the existing cracks on these surfaces.
