BY-LAWS and RULES and REGULATIONS COMMITTEE REPORT
In May we were give the large task of re-writing our current By-Laws. Per, our attorney, John Kleymeyer, “the By-Laws are out-dated, ambiguous and past tweeking.” We took his suggestion and collected, in his opinion, thebest community by-laws from neighboring communities, and started working. In many areas, The Woodlands and the other communities were almost the same, so we are keeping those areas as is, in some areas we are making some changes or clarifications.
We have a committee of very dedicated volunteers, and we meet twice monthly .This process is taking much time and thought. When we have completed this part of our task, it will be presented to our Board of Directors before being presented to the Woodlands Community for review and a vote.
