BOARD APPROVED OPEN MEETING POLICY-REVISED 1/15/2012
Kindly be advised the Board of Directors per the advice of Association's legal counsel the following policy has been approved by the Board:
1. All Open Board Meetings may be attended by Property Owners (members of the Association) and Residents (who are non deed owners and renters in the community)
2. During the Open Board Meeting, the Board will follow an agenda that will include topics that affect the running of our Association business. These topics will be discussed by the Board Members only so that they can make decisions on each topic and vote accordingly. Property owners and residents will not be included in the discussion or voting.
3. Any Property Owner (member of the Association) may bring any issue or concern by sending in a notice for the Board to add a specific topic to the Agenda by close of business the Friday before the Open Meeting. The topic will be added to NEW BUSINESS on the Agenda and the Board will review the notice submitted and discuss the issue. The Board of Directors does reserve the right to handle a issue if needed prior to the Board Meeting.
4. Every Property Owner will have the opportunity to speak to the Board at the end of each Open Board Meeting. It will be called Property Owners Open Session with the Board of Directors. Any question or concern that any Property Owner would like to present will be discussed during this time. Residents who are renters and non deed owners cannot partake in questions.

Pike County Shared Ride Program
Pike County Transportation urges all Pike County residents 65 years and over to register for the Shared Ride Program. This program transports Pike County Seniors to medical, financial, and social services, as well as offering transportation to three Pike County Senior Centers at Blooming Grove, Lackawaxen and Bushkill.
Notice: Due to recent complaints from our community, a step up enforcement of speeding and other traffic control issues will be carried out by our Security Department. Please note that radar equipment is used for speeding detection on our community roads. Please drive safely in our Community and remember that our members and children also use our roads for walking, etc. Thank you for your understanding.
Notice: It is the recommendation of the Association and the State of PA, that you do not feed the Deer. Deer carry ticks and they could also draw other dangerous wildlife. Thank you for your understanding.
