The Annual Meeting includes the election of members in good standing. A member in good standing who wishes to be a candidate for director, including present directors who come up for re-election, may submit a resume to the Nominations Committee at least forty-five (45) days prior to the Annual Meeting. The meeting has been scheduled for Sunday, March 22, 2020 at 12 p.m. The following instructions apply to resumes of candidates seeking votes according to the association BY-LAWS:

Directors or alternates who resign during their term of office shall not be an eligible candidate for the Board of Directors until two (2) years after their resignation. Candidate will be subject to ALL Criminal & Child Abuse Background Clearances once elected and seated.

  1. Resumes will be accepted by mail to our P.O. Box and by e-mail, fax or hand-delivery to the office (e-mail, fax and P.O. Box information is listed above). Candidates may not use social media and/or mail or e-mail any resident to attack, slander or make malicious remarks in regards to any current BOD member or any candidate running for the BOD. If any candidate or candidate’s supporter violate these restrictions, that candidate will be disqualified.
